chrome browser wont open url link so I need makes some manual jobs here, googling and I found the solution
Step 1 : Install putty as my default ssh and telnet client
apt-get install putty
Step 2: create file call telnet.desktop on our application proffile
lynx@ ~ $cd ~/.local/share/applications lynx@ ~/.local/share/applications $ touch telnet.desktop lynx@ ~/.local/share/applications $ gedit telnet.desktop

Step 3: Register our new handler
lynx@ ~ $ xdg-mime default telnet.desktop x-scheme-handler/telnet

it’s will impact not only chrome browser but also Midori browser if we have.
